Fatortech is a Saudi based application, adopting the kingdom’s digital transformation initiative, transforming paper receipts to E-receipts at retail stores, restaurants, cafes and sharing it with consumer.

Enabling The Integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Fatortech under Digital Receipt category --> Click Install

  3. Foodics will ask for your permission on the redirected page. Click Authorized Fatortech to access my account to proceed Or Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process.

  4. Once authorized a success message will show that the integration link has been established. If you already have a Fatortech account with the same Foodics account's owner email you should move to the next step, if you don’t an account will be created for you upon this action and credentials will be send to your email.

  5. The integration has been successfully enabled.

  6. To activate your Fatortech account, login to Fatortech merchant's panel then click subscription tab and request for subscription to activate your account.

  7. After the subscription is approved your clients will start receiving digital receipts upon purchases/returns.

Using The Integration

In order for customers to receive digital receipts the order must be paid and a customer must be assigned to the order.

  • Once the above conditions are met the customer will receive an SMS on their Foodics registered phone number including the receipt and the Fatortech application download link to view the receipts.

  • If the customer already registered to the app, the customer will receive notifications from the Fatortech app upon fulfilling an order.
