Enabling The Integration

You need to have an account in Microtec first

if you don't already have an account, please reach Microtec to create an account for you

If you already have an account, please follow the below steps to enable the integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email,If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Microtec under ERP category --> Click Install.

  3. You will be direct to Microtec's login page, enter your Microtec client number and password, and click Save. If the information you entered is correct, you will move to next step, otherwise you will get an error.

  4. Foodics will ask for your permission to authorize Microtec's access to your account. Click Authorize Microtec to proceed OR Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process.

  5. After clicking Authorize, you will be directed to Microtec's portal now you need to connect with Microtec team to finalize the integration setup from their end.
