Tkyr is a Saudi digital platform that offers delivery and pick-up services to Restaurants and Cafes.

Tkyr is building the delivery infrastructure for Riyadh and the whole of Saudi Arabia, allowing businesses to receive online orders.

Business Configuration In Foodics

Correct branch longitude and latitude values should be filled in Foodics before enabling the integration.

Notes About The Integration

  • Charges & Discounts will not be reflected to Foodics as Tkyr will reconcile the discount amount to the business on behalf of the customer.
  • The integration does not support combos.
  • All modifier options will have the unique rule meaning each option can be selected only once regardless of configurations inside Foodics.

Enabling The Integration

Note: You must have a Tkyr account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Tkyr to register.

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Tkyr under Online Ordering category ---> Click Install.

  3. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Tkyr to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Tkyr To Access My Account to proceed.

  4. After completing the authorization flow, please contact Tkyr to Sync your account's data.

  5. Integration has been enabled successfully.

Menu Sync

The Menu sync will occur while enabling the integration, any menu updates after enabling the integration will be synced automatically except for the following two cases:

  1. New menu item creation.
  2. Production modifier relationship updates.

In the above cases, Tkyr's operation team will receive a notification to update your menu.

Note: The product images will not be synced from Foodics.

How to Receive Tkyr Orders in Foodics Cashier

Tkyr orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.


Q1: Tkyr is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Are there any pending orders from Tkyr?

If Yes:

Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.

In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data

Ask Tkyr to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier

If No:

There is an issue at Tkyr's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Tkyr and inform them that there are no orders created from Tkyr in your Foodics account.
