Nugttah's food aggregator platform allows your business to receive online orders directly to your Foodics cashier.

Enabling The Integration

In order to use this integration, you must have an account at Nugttah. If you don't have one, please contact Nugttah to create your account, then proceed with the below steps

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at using the owner email.

If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

2- Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Nugttah under Food Aggregator category --> Click Install

There are two Nugttah applications in the Marketplace, make sure to select the one under the Food Aggregator Category.

3- Sign in to your Nugttah Account.

4- Go to Profile, then click on Authorize Foodics.

5- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

6- After clicking Authorize, Nugttah will be connected to your Foodics account.

7- Go back to your Nugttah profile page and click Sync Business, Sync Branches, Sync Products Category, Sync Products.

The integration has been enabled successfully.

Menu Sync

After the initial sync any menu updates done in your Foodics account will be automatically synced to Nugttah.

How to Receive Nugttah Orders in Foodics Cashier

Nugttah Orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.


Q1: Nugttah is sending orders to my restaurant but I'm not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Is there any pending orders from Nugttah?

If Yes:

  • Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
  • In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data
  • Ask Nugttah to send new orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier

If No:

  • There is an issue at Nugttah side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Nugttah and inform them that there are no orders created from Nugttah in your Foodics account.
