Easy Menu


EasyMenu provides your business with a custom online ordering application and website with QR capabilities.

The integration between Foodics and EasyMenu will allow you to

  • Sync menu from Foodics to EasyMenu
  • Sync branches and tables from Foodics to EasyMenu
  • Receive orders from EasyMenu directly in your Foodics Cashier

Business Configuration in Foodics

  1. Create a charge in your Foodics account with the name EasyMenu Delivery. Charge must be of type Amount and must be applied to all branches where EasyMenu is activated.

  2. All products, options & charges must have one tax which is the same one assigned to the branches.

  3. Make sure that branches have correct longitude and latitude values.

Enabling the integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for EasyMenu under Online Ordering category --> Click Install.

  3. You will be directed to Easy Menu’s portal, enter your credentials then Login Now. If you don’t have an account, click the Create an account button.

  4. Navigate to Foodics Settings from the right side options bar, then click your foodics access token button at the center of the screen.

  5. Then click Connect To Foodics, Foodics will ask you to Authorize EasyMenu to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize EasyMenu To Access My Account to Proceed.

  6. You have successfully enabled the integration.

Menu Sync

Menu sync is manual, meaning whenever a change is done to your menu in Foodics you need to manually sync in Easy Menu.

To do so please follow the below steps in EasyMenu portal:

  1. Navigate to Foodics Settings from the right side options bar.

  2. Then click on pull your restaurant menu from foodics.

This button will sync the following:

  • Sync Menu Categories: sync your categories and update any changes done on category level.

  • Sync Menu Items: sync your products, modifier options and update any changes done on product/option’s level.

  • Sync Branches and Tables: sync your branches, tables from Foodics and update any changes done on branch/table’s level.

How to Receive EasyMenu Orders in Foodics Cashier

EasyMenu Orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.


Q1: EasyMenu is sending orders to my restaurant but I'm not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Is there any pending orders from EasyMenu?

If Yes:

  • Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
  • In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data
  • Ask Easy menu to send new orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier

If No:

  • There is an issue at EasyMenu side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with EasyMenu and inform them that there are no orders created from EasyMenu in your Foodics account.
