TmmT Technology is an Instant e-delivery app that allow customers to order whatever they want and get it instantly. We are helping restaurants reach a wider community of customers in a fast and simple way.

TmmT lets customers and restaurants track orders in real-time. Allows simple and safe online payments. Helps customers discover new and old restaurants and stores.

Enabling The Integration

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email

If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration

2- Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for TmmmT under Online Ordering category --> Click `Install

3- You will be required to login or signup to TmmT

If you are an existing associate of TmmT then login with your credentials, in case you are unable to recollect your credentials please contact TmmT

If you are new to TmmT then please sign up.

4- After successfully logging in/signing up you will be redirected to Foodics

5- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

6- After Authorizing , TmmT will configure the integration.


How to Receive TmmT Orders in Foodics Cashier

TmmT Orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article


FAQ:

Q1: TmmT is sending orders to my restaurant but I'm not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Is there any pending orders from TmmT?

If Yes:

  • Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
  • In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data
  • Ask TmmT to send new orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier

If No:

  • There is an issue at TmmT side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with TmmT and inform them that there are no orders created from TmmT in your Foodics account
