Mashkor is a last-mile delivery solution to power on-demand delivery for businesses. Mashkor allows your customers to track their orders in real-time by sending an SMS to their registered phone numbers containing a tracking link.

Business Configuration in Foodics

  1. Make sure that all your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.

  2. Create an order tag with the exact name MASHKOR-KUWAIT to be assigned to orders that should be handled by Mashkor.

Enabling The Integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at using the owner email, If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Mashkor under Delivery Management category --> Click Install.

  3. You will be directed to Mashkor's portal, Read the terms and conditions and click on Accept & Connect to Foodics.

  4. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Mashkor to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Mashkor To Access My Account to Proceed.

  5. You will be directed back to Mashkor's login/signup page.

  6. If you already have an account in Mashkor, enter your credentials then Login, if you dont have an account click the sign up button.

  7. You have successfully enabled the integration.

How Orders are Sent to Mashkor

Delivery orders will be automatically sent to Mashkor if they meet the following condtions:

  1. Have the MASHKOR-KUWAIT tag assigned to the order.

  2. Order is Marked Ready from the cashier application after sending it to the kitchen to do so from the cashier application click More > Mark Ready.

  3. If an order is paid use the Pay without close button in payment screen. (orders must remain in Active status until on boarded in Mashkor).

Note: In case of order cancellation in Foodics status will not reflect automatically in Mashkor you must contact Mashkor support.
