Enabling The Integration

To enable Yallow integration, you must have a Yallow account, if you don't have one, you can fill this form to apply for a Yallow account.

Once your account is ready, please follow the steps below:

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email

If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration

2- Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Yallow under Delivery Management category --> Click Install

3- Sign in to your Yallow Account

4- Click on the profile icon on the top right --> click on Settings --> Foodics Connection --> click on Connect Foodics

5- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

6- After clicking Authorize, Yallow will be connected to your Foodics account

How Orders are Sent to Yallow

Delivery Orders are automatically sent to Yallow whenever they are created in Foodics system.

For example, if you created a delivery order through Foodics call center or cashier, the order will be sent to Yallow automatically, and will appear in Yallow dashboard as a new task.

Then, order delivery cycle can be managed though Yallow dashboard and driver application
