You can see here the sales performance.
General Dashboard:
You can see the number of orders, sales by date, sales by location, average ratings, and out-of-area requests.
You can use the date filter to check the sales performance per date. You can also choose a specific date or range of dates by entering it in the filter field.
Customer Dashboard:
Provides insights into customer activity and engagement, including the total number of registered customers, average orders per customer, customer feedback, ratings, and registration trends by date and source. This helps businesses monitor customer growth, behavior, and loyalty performance.
Locations Dashboard:
Provides performance insights for each branch or location, including sales, customer orders, and order types by location. This helps businesses compare branch performance, monitor sales trends, and identify high- and low-performing locations.
Loyalty:
Provides insights into the loyalty program performance, including points collected, points redeemed, average points earned per order, total points in circulation, and the number of registered loyalty customers. This helps businesses track customer engagement and loyalty program effectiveness.
Orders:
Sales by Source, Sales Revenue by Source, Orders by Type, and Orders Value by Type.
Products:
It tracks key metrics such as Best Selling Products, Units Sold, and Customer Favorites, while also monitoring Upsells Performance and Unit Price Spread to evaluate pricing strategy and add-on success.
