SOL is an inventory supplier platform, launched in 2021 to provide a comprehensive solution for all food and non-food business needs. With over 2,500 items from 100 different suppliers, our specialized team ensures high-quality storage and delivery, saving you time, effort, and money. Enabling the Integration

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for SOL under the Inventory Suppliers category ---> click Install.
3. Foodics will ask you to Authorize SOL to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize SOL To Access My Account to proceed.
4. You will be navigated to SOL merchant panel to enter your SOL business credentials to sign in. If you don't have an account, you can create a new one by fill in the required information to signup.
5. Confirm your Commercial Register and VAT Number to ensure seamless transactions.
6. Import and link your branches from Foodics to SOL, then click on the save button
7. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Syncing Data

SOL makes it easy to keep your data synced between your Foodics account and your SOL account.

During the installation, your branches and warehouses will be automatically synced and can be updated through your SOL profile.

You will be asked to map the selected inventory items before making your payment in SOL to their respective items in Foodics.

If there are any discrepancies between the data in Foodics and SOL, you can easily resolve them by contacting SOL’s support

Important Note:

Make sure the branches you are using in Foodics are linked to your SOL branches. This will ensure that your data is properly synced and up-to-date.
