Foodics clients have the valuable opportunity to utilize Giftcardsby, a self-service platform that empowers them to create, distribute, and redeem their own branded gift cards with ease and convenience.

Enabling the integration

Note: You must have a Giftcardsby account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account go to https://foodics.giftcardsby.com to register.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Giftcardsby under Loyalty category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be navigated to Giftcardsby merchant panel to enter your business credentials to sign in.
4. After successful signup, you will receive an email to activate the domain, click on the activation link or Activate Now button in the Email and it will redirect you to the onboarding page.
5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Giftcardsby to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Giftcardsby To Access My Account to Proceed.
6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Important Notes

You can create your gift card in Giftcardsby by following these steps:

1. Create your Giftcardsby account using https://foodics.giftcardsby.com/.
2. Add, Design, and publish your branded gift cards.
3. Sell your branded gift cards to your customers by sending them through email.
4. Redeem these gift cards seamlessly without additional integration efforts in Foodics POS.

Customer Reward Redemption

The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he wants to use his Branded gift card issued from Giftcardby for his purchase. The Cashier user will do the following:

1. Create a new Order and ask for Athe customer information (Name or Phone number).
2. Click Add Customer on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order.
3. Click More on the top right --> Redeem Reward.
4. Enter or scan the gift card number.
5. Enter the gift card redemption amount.
6. If the Gift card number is valid and has an available balance, the gift card will be redeemed and applied as a discount on the order amount.
7. The cashier collects the remaining amount from the customer to complete the order.
