Enabling The Integration
- log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page --> Search forGhaid Tech
underLoyalty
Category --> ClickInstall
. - You will be redirected to the Ghaid portal to enter your business details then click on the
Authorize
button. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Ghaid Tech to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Ghaid Tech To Access My Account
to Proceed. - Contact Ghaid to inform them that you have successfully connected your Foodics account. Following this notification, Ghaid will activate your account on their end and initiate the process of syncing data between your Foodics account and Ghaid.
- Once the activation process is complete, please click on
HOME
-->Sync Data
in each of your Foodics cashiers to ensure that all relevant data is up-to-date and accurately reflected across both platforms. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
Customer Stamps Earning
Customer stamps earning process is fully automated through our integration. When a customer places an order at your restaurant, the integration will automatically add a stamp to their account.
It is important to note that in order for the stamp to be added to the customer's account, it must be added to the order. This will allow Ghaid to accurately identify the customer and add the stamp to their account.
Please follow the below steps to successfully add a customer to the order:
- Create a new order by selecting the relevant items and adding them to the order.
- Click on
Add Customer
located at the top of the order details section. - If the customer is already registered, select their name from the list. If not, click the "+" icon to create a new customer and input their details.
- Proceed with the order as usual.
- Once the order is closed and paid, the customer will automatically receive one stamp per order.
Note: In order for a customer to receive stamps, they must be registered with their phone number through the QR code provided by Ghaid for your particular business. This is essential for Ghaid to accurately track and reward customer loyalty.
Customer Stamps Deduction
The integration does not currently support stamps deduction on return orders. In other words, if a customer returns an order, the stamp that was earned through that order cannot be deducted from their account.
Customer Reward Redemption
The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that they have a Ghaid reward and would like to redeem it.
The cashier user will do the following:
- Create a new order.
- Ask for customer information (name or mobile).
- Click on
ADD CUSTOMER
on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order. - Click
MORE
on the top right --->Redeem Reward
. If you have multiple loyalty integration, the cashier will ask you to select the integration. SelectGhaid Loyalty
. If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier will directly ask you to enter the reward code, which is the customer's phone number. - Enter the
Reward Code
provided by the customer. ClickApply
. - If the reward code is valid, the cashier app will show the reward details to the cashier user. If the reward is invalid, the cashier app will show an error message.
- Assuming the reward is valid, the cashier user will confirm with the customer.
- Click
Redeem
to apply the reward. Now the reward is applied and the customer can enjoy their reward.
