Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have a Unicode account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, click here to register.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Unicode under Loyalty category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be navigated to Unicode merchant panel to enter your Unicode business credentials to sign in.
4. Once logged into the Unicode Partners Dashboard, navigate to the integration section where you'll find a button to seamlessly connect with Foodics.
5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Unicode to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Unicode To Access My Account to Proceed.
6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Using The Integration

You can instantly access the student discount mechanism and easily create your own offer from our dashboard by following these steps:

• After enabling Foodics integration, you can proceed to create a new brand for your business and fill in the needed information.
• Once your brand is approved, you will be able to create and manage offers and coupons.
• Also you can easily sync or manually create registered branches in Foodics.

Getting Customer Vouchers

Please note that in order for customers to receive a Unicode voucher, they must first create a Unicode account in the application. If a customer does not yet have an account, download the Unicode app to create one.

Customer Reward Redemption

The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he wants to use his Unicode reward. The cashier user will do the following:

1. Create a new Order and ask for the student's information (Name or Phone number).
2. Click Add Customer on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order.
3. Click More on the top right --> Redeem Rewardor Scan Loyalty QR.
4. If the Customer has more than one Loyalty integration, the cashier will ask to select the integration --> Select Unicode Loyalty.
5. If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier will directly ask you to enter the Reward Codeor to Scan Loyalty QR ---> the student should show you his/her Unicode QR code which will have his/her Unicode's reward.
6. Add the Unicode coupon in the Redeem Code section.
7. Click Redeem and that's it!

Important Notes:

• You will be able to verify students directly from your Foodics cashier and allow your customers to use their student ID to redeem their rewards.
• Always ensure the student's Unicode ID or QR code is valid and not expired.
• Verify the student's status through the Unicode dashboard to avoid discrepancies. and ensure you're connected to the internet for seamless integration functionality.
