Business configurations in Foodics
Before enabling the integration, you need to do some configurations in your Foodics account as explained below:
- Create a charge in your Foodics account in order to receive delivery orders with the following details:
- Name:
Blink Delivery Charges
- Type:
Amount
- Is Open Value:
Yes
- Apply this charge to
delivery order type
& allBranches
, then assign the relevant Tax Group to the charge if applicable. Copy and paste the charge name asBlink Delivery Charges
name must be exactly the same otherwise the integration will not work properly.

Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Blink account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, contact Blink to register or click here.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forBlink
underOnline Ordering
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be navigated to Blink merchant panel to enter your Blink business credentials to sign in.

Icon. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Blink to access your Foodics Account, click

Branch Mapping
Navigate to Branch Settings
in the side menu ---> Edit branch
---> Step 2 Branch Settings
tab ---> Select relevant Foodics branch from third party branches dropdown.
Menu Sync
After the integration has been enabled, the user should sync the menu by clicking on Integration settings

Icon ---> Pull Menu

Any updates after the initial sync will be manually done by following the previous steps.
How to receive Blink orders in Foodics Cashier
Blink orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: Blink is sending orders
to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in the Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points:
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Blink?
If Yes: Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article. In the cashier app, click HOME
--> Sync Data
Ask Blink to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier.
If No: There is an issue at Blink's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Blink and inform them that there are no orders created from Blink in your Foodics account.
