Business Configuration in Foodics

• Create product tags with the exact name Food and Drinks to be added to each product in Foodics to be used in ROS reports.

Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have a ROS account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, contact ROS to register or click here.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace module ---> Search for ROS under the Accounting category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be navigated to ROS merchant panel to enter your ROS business credentials.
4. After logging in, navigate to the Integration tab and click the Foodics button to install the integration ---> Click on the Connect button.
5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize ROS to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize ROS To Access My Account to proceed.
6. Click on Foodics button again, choose one of the branches, and map it with one of the restaurants in ROS from the list of branches.
7. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Syncing Data

After Mapping the branch to ROS restaurant, navigate to the Cash up sheet tab ---> Add new cash up sheet ---> click on Sync products button then choose the date on which you want to fetch sales data from Foodics and click on fetch Fetch all data button.

Important Notes:

• This integration supports tax-exclusive pricing only.
• ROS will display total sales data with tips included.
• While adding third-party payment methods in ROS, make sure to follow the exact naming convention in Foodics e.g.: "Zomato" in Foodics should be the same as "Zomato" in ROS as well.
