Florinz

Florinz is a modular cloud system that enables businesses to boost engagement with their customers and allows business growth by utilizing various marketing tools, That live under a single QR code, covering the customer's journey with your establishment.

Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have a Unicode account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, click here to register.

1. Sign in to your Foodics account.

2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Florinz under Loyalty category --> Click Install

3. Log in to your Florinz account

4. In Florinz dashboard --> Click Settings from the sidebar --> Integrations --> Find Foodics Loyalty App and click Connect.

5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Florinz to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Florinz To Access My Accountto proceed.

6. After clicking Authorize, Florinz will be connected to your Foodics account

7. Go Back to the Florinz dashboard --> Settings --> Integrations --> Foodics Integration card --> and connect Florinz branches with Foodics branches as you see fit.

Customer Reward Earning

1. The user will scan a QR code to open the voucher Wheel page
2. The customer should register and then log in to be able to get the voucher after spinning the wheel
3. When the customer spins the wheel, he will get a voucher
4. The voucher will be saved successfully on the “My Rewards” page.

Customer Reward Redemption:

The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he wants to use his Florinz Voucher discount. The Cashier user will do the following:

1. Create a new Order and ask for the customer information (Name or Phone number).
2. Click Add Customer on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order.
3. Click More on the top right --> Redeem Reward.
4. If the Customer has multiple Loyalty integrations, the cashier will ask to select the integration --> Select Florinz Loyalty.
5. If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier will directly ask you to enter the Reward Code which should be displayed in the Florinz Application --> Click Apply.
