Suplyd is a digital procurement and supply chain solution specifically serving more than 1.5k HORECA operators, we work on aggregating a diverse product portfolio mix covering

more than 30 categories across food and non-food. what we are trying to achieve with such integration is enabling restaurants to fully manage and utilize their supply chain process with a seamless integration.

Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have a Suplyd account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, please click on the sign-up page to create an account.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Suplyd under the Inventory Suppliers category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be navigated to Suplyd merchant panel.
4. If you are already a Suplyd Registered user, you will be redirected to the user settings page and you have to click Connect on Foodics Integration.
5. If you are not a Suplyd User, you will be redirected to the sign-up page to create an account. After the account is created the user will have to navigate to the settings page to Connect with Foodics.
6. Foodics will ask you to authorize Suplyd to access your Foodics account; click Authorize Suplyd To Access My Account to proceed.
7. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Data Synchronization

1. Upon connecting Suplyd to your Foodics account, you will discover a new supplier named "Suplyd" within your Foodics console, please never delete this user from the console dashboard.
2. When placing an order using Suplyd, you will be prompted to associate the purchased items and their respective units with your products in Foodics during the mapping process.
3. Once the order from Suplyd is delivered, the Purchase module in Foodics will automatically update to reflect the received items and their corresponding quantities, sequentially the inventory levels will be updated automatically.
