Heba is a mobile application available for both IOS and Android platforms. Brands, restaurants, and cafes have the opportunity to become partners with Heba by installing the Heba application from the Foodics Marketplace. This allows them to showcase their gift cards and reach a broader audience of potential customers.

Enabling the Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forHeba App
under theLoyalty
category ---> ClickInstall
. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize
Heba
to access your Foodics Account, clickAuthorize Heba To Access My Account
to proceed. - You will be navigated to the Heba merchant panel to enter your business credentials to sign in, Heab will send you an e-mail with the further steps.
- The integration has been enabled successfully.
Using The Integration
Upon successful integration with Foodics, you will have the ability to offer gift cards of various denominations to users of the Heba application. To redeem these gift cards, Heba app users can visit the respective branches of the brands, restaurants, or cafes and inform the cashier that they would like to use their 'Heba' gift card code.
Customer Reward Redemption
The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he wants to use his Heba
Reward code. The Cashier user will do the following:
- Create a new
Order
and ask for the customer information (Name and Phone number). - Click
Add Customer
on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order. - Click
More
on the top right -->Redeem Reward
orScan Loyalty QR
. - If the Customer has more than one Loyalty integration, the cashier will ask to select the integration --> Select
Heba Loyalty
. - If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier will directly ask you to scan the
Loyalty QR
or enter theReward Code
which should be displayed in the Heba Mobile Application --> ClickApply
