Integration with Foodics will enable businesses to connect their Foodics account with Lyve account. Once integrated, Lyve will seamlessly receive the delivery orders from Foodics and will be able to manage the last-mile operations for these orders on Lyve.

Business Configuration in Foodics
- Make sure that all your branches have correct longitude and latitude values.
- Create an order tag with the exact name
Lyve
to be assigned to orders that should be handled by Lyve. - Make sure that the preparation time is filled for all menu entities. This will ensure an accurate delivery cycle can be established.
Enabling The Integration
To enable Lyve integration, you must have a Lyve account, If you don't have one, please contact Lyve team to proceed with creating your account.
Once your account is ready, please follow the below steps:
- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login using the owner’s email. If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration
- Navigate to
Marketplace
module --> Search for"Lyve"
Application underDelivery Management
category --> ClickInstall
. - You'll be redirected to the Lyve Login page. Enter your Lyve login credentials.
- After you have successfully logged in to Lyve, Foodics will ask you to Authorize Lyve to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Lyve To Access My Account
to proceed. - After completion, you'll be redirected to Lyve confirmation page.
- Contact Lyve to map your branches & delivery zones.
- The integration has been enabled successfully.
How Orders are Sent to Lyve
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to Lyve when the below conditions are met:
- Order type is
Delivery
with the customer's phone number and delivery address. - Order status is
Active
from the cashier application. - Have the
nGage
Tag assigned to the order.
If all the above conditions are met, the order will be automatically sent to Lyve.
How to mark orders as Ready in the cashier
- Send order to Kitchen, either to Kitchen Display, or to Kitchen Printer
- If the order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MORE
from the top right corner —> ClickMark Ready
.
Note: If the order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
