Enabling the Integration
Note: To be able to use this integration, you must have a Nadel account. If you don't have an account, please contact Nadel team to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forNadel
underDigital Menu
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be navigated to Nadel's merchant panel to log in, After logging in ---> Navigate to
Foodics
tab from the portal ---> click onIntegrate With Foodics
connect button. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Nadel to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Nadel To Access My Account
to proceed. - You will be redirected back to Nadel dashboard, Enable (Foodics Enabled) toggle then press save.
- The integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
After completing the integration process with Foodics, the data must be fetched manually to be saved in Nadel portal by pressing the Fetch Data
button in each of the following sections:
- Branches
- Menu Categories
- Menu Items
- Modifiers
- Modifier Options
- Restaurant Tables
Note: After the initial sync, any updates made to the menu will be automatically synchronized. However, in the event of any errors, you have the option to manually sync the changes.
How to receive Nadel orders in Foodics Cashier
Nadel orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: Nadel is sending orders
to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in the Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Nadel?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME
---> Sync Data
Ask Nadel to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue at Nadel's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Nadel and inform them that there are no orders created from Nadel in your Foodics account.
