Future Express
Future Express application will help you to launch, manage, and run last-mile delivery operations enabling you to deliver your products and services faster and better than ever before.
Integration with Foodics will enable businesses to connect their Foodics account with Future Express account. Once integrated, Future Express will seamlessly receive the delivery orders from Foodics and will be able to manage the last-mile operations for these orders on Future Express.

Business Configuration in Foodics
- Make sure that all your branches have correct
longitude
andlatitude
values. - Create an order tag with the exact name
FutureTech
to be assigned to orders that should be handled by Future Express.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Future Express account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Future Express to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forFuture Express
under theDelivery Management
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be directed to Future Express's portal, Read the terms and conditions and click on the
Accept & Connect to Foodics
button. - Foodics will ask you to authorize Future Express to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Future Express To Access My Account
to proceed. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
How Orders are Sent to Future Express
Delivery Orders will be automatically sent to Future Techwhen the below conditions are met:
- Order type is
Delivery
with the customer's phone number and delivery address. - Order status is
Active
from the cashier application. - Have the
FutureTech
Tag assigned to the order.
Then, the order delivery cycle will be managed through Future Express dashboard and driver application.
If all the above conditions are met, the order will be automatically sent to Future Express.
How to mark orders as Ready in the cashier
- Send the order to the Kitchen, either to the kitchen display, or to the kitchen printer
- If the order is successfully sent to Kitchen, in the cashier register screen, click
MORE
from the top right corner —> ClickMark Ready
.
Note: If the order is not sent to Kitchen, the option Mark Ready will not appear.
