Gaiat-Hub is a B2B procurement platform that streamlines the sourcing, inventory management, and delivery processes for food service businesses.

The integration with Foodics enables business owners to leverage the extensive capabilities of Gaiat-Hub to efficiently manage their procurement processes, from raising RFQs to placing orders. The platform handles the entire procurement workflow, from sourcing suppliers to managing deliveries, ensuring a seamless experience for Foodics clients. Additionally, The integration service syncs seamlessly with Foodics inventory, providing accurate and up-to-date information about stock levels for efficient inventory management.

Important Note

A client profile needs to be created and configured first on `Gaiat-Hub` before using the service. Please contact `Gaiat-Hub` Support for this.

 Enabling The Integration

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

2. Navigate to the `Marketplace` page ---> Search for `Gaiat Hub` under `Inventory Suppliers` category ---> Click `Install`.

3. You will be navigated to `Gaiat Hub` sign-in page ---> Click on `Sign-in with Foodics` option.

5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Gaiat Hub to access your Foodics account; click `Authorize Gaiat Hub To Access My Account` to proceed.

6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Syncing Data

The branches and items will be synced automatically and displayed in the branches and items dropdown lists in the `Map Foodics PO section`.

Mapping Data

1. Navigate to the GRN page.
2. Click on the order number that you wish to complete.
3. Click on the "map Foodics PO" button.
4. Select the branch and items from the dropdown lists.
5. Click on `"push to Foodics"`.
6. The items and branches will be mapped successfully.

Please ensure that you follow these steps carefully to ensure that the mapping is completed correctly.
