Business Configurations in Foodics

The next step involves creating a dedicated menu group for Keeta and adding all relevant menu items to this group. Menu Group Name:
KeeTa
Proceed to add all relevant menu items you wish to showcase on the KeeTa platform to this designated menu group. -
Create the following three charges in your Foodics account to enable the receipt of delivery orders with the specified details:

Apply these charges to delivery and pickup order types across all branches, then assign the relevant
Tax Group
to the charge if needed. Copy and paste the charge name as the charge name must be exactly the same otherwise the integration will not work properly.
Enabling The Integration
Note: In order to enable this integration, it is necessary to have a Keeta account. If you do not currently have an account, we recommend reaching out to Keeta to initiate the registration process. Once you have a Keeta account established, you can proceed with enabling the integration by following the below steps:
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner's email to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forKeeta
underFood Aggregator
category ---> ClickInstall
. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Keeta to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Keeta To Access My Account
to proceed. By doing so, you grant Keeta the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms and it shows the message that the integration is successful. - Kindly contact the Keeta operations team to register all your outlets or branches for integration with Keeta.
How to receive Keeta orders in Foodics Cashier
Keeta orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: Keeta is sending orders
to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in the Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders
Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending
status.
2- Are there any pending orders from Keeta?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME
---> Sync Data
Ask Keeta to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier.
If No:
There is an issue at Keeta's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Keeta and inform them that there are no orders created from Keeta in your Foodics account.
