- Automated Order Updates: Automatically notify EasyTake about order status changes. For instance, when you accept an order from EasyTake, Foodics automatically informs EasyTake about that order's update.

Business Configurations in Foodics
Kindly create a new menu group called EasyTake
and proceed to add all relevant menu items you wish to showcase on the EasyTake platform.
Additionally, confirm that the menu is available in both Arabic and English languages.
Enabling The Integration
In order to use the EasyTake integration, you must have an account with EasyTake.
Note: To register, complete the form at Join as Owner; our sales team will then contact you to assist with the process and contract signing, and you’ll receive your login credentials via email upon completion.
- Log in to your Foodics console at **console.foodics.com/login** using the owner's email to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forEasyTake

category ---> ClickInstall
. - Use the provided URL Foodics EasyTake Integration Portal to log into EasyTake's system with the email and password we shared. Once logged in, you will be able to manage your restaurant’s settings and connect with Foodics.
- After logging in, select the restaurant you want to connect with Foodics from the list of restaurants associated with your account.
- Foodics will ask you to Authorize EasyTake to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize EasyTake To Access My Account
to proceed. By doing so, you grant EasyTake the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms and it shows the message that the integration is successful.
- Upon successful authorization, you will be redirected to a congratulatory page confirming the integration. This page signifies that the initial connection between EasyTake and Foodics has been established.
- EasyTake's operations team will sync your branches and products (from the Foodics group menu) with our platform. We will also complete your profile with the provided details.

EasyTake is sending orders to my restaurant, but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application?
- Log in to the Foodics Console and check the “Orders” page for any pending API orders.
- Verify if there are pending orders from EasyTake; if not, contact EasyTake Operations via Customer Service.
- In the Foodics cashier app, go to “Home” and select “Sync Data” to refresh the order list.
- If no orders are received from EasyTake, contact EasyTake support to investigate.
