Enabling the Integration

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Fawa under Digital receipt category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be navigated to Fawa Join Us page.
4. Scroll down then click on Join the list of success partners now!.
5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Fawa to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Fawa To Access My Account to proceed.
6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Using The Integration

In order for customers to receive digital receipts, the order must be paid and a customer phone number must be assigned to the order.

Once the above conditions are met the customer will be able to view their receipt on Fawa mobile app.

Important Notes

• Ensure the customer's phone number is included in the order to enable receipt delivery through the app.
• The phone number used in the order must match the one registered in the app for the customer to receive the digital receipt.
