iWaiter Pay

iwaiter Pay is the fastest, most secure form of ordering system & contactless payment for customers at Restaurants, Cafes & Lounges.

iwaiter Pay provides the fastest way to pay and split the bill in dine-in venues.

Also, provides you the QR codes based on your restaurant's branding requirements, Unique QR codes will be created for each table, making it simple for your staff to manage and monitor them.

You will have access to variety of services from iwaiter like Menu, Waiting list, Reservation and other services.

Enabling The Integration

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to Marketplace page ---> Search for iWaiter Pay under Table Payment category ---> Click Install
3. You will be navigated to The iwaiter Pay's panel to enter your iWaiter Pay's business credentials to sign in, Please enter your login details and click Sign-in.
4. From the left navigation menu ---> choose Settings -> Integration -> Foodics. then click Integrate.
5. Authorization page appears, Foodics will ask you to Authorize iwaiter Pay to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize iwaiter Pay To Access My Account to proceed. or click Cancel if you want to cancel the process.
6. You will be redirected back to the iWaiter Pay dashboard with a message of successful integration.
7. iWaiter Pay will ask you to select your branch that you want to integrate with.
8. Select the correct branch and click save.
9. The integration has been successfully enabled.

Using The Integration

iWaiter Pay will provide the QR Codes associated with each table in your restaurant.

1. Customers will sit at their desired table.
2. Cashier will assign a table for the order via the Cashier app.
3. Customers will scan the QR Code displayed on the table and be able to pay the bill.
4. After successful payment, the payment amounts along with tips will be displayed at iWaiter Pay dashboard (orders tab from the left navigation menu).
5. Cashier should close the order from the cashier app and mark it as paid.
6. Also you can download iWaiter Pay app to track all transactions.

Important notes

1. iwaiter Pay is working with tax-inclusive and tax-exclusive pricing restaurants, but If you change the settings after the integration, please let out support team know so they can update the integration.
2. Orders with discounts on order or product level will be calculated in the total bill price in iWaiter Pay and will display the total discount on the breakdown receipt.
3. Payments will be reflected on the iWaiter Pay dashboard & Application but will not be reflected on Foodics Cashier, This means after successful confirmation of iWaiter Pay payment the order should be closed on Foodics Cashier manually and marked as paid.
