Oyah integration type is classified as "Partial Integration," enabling users to earn points via the Foodics cashier app by scanning the QR code or registering customers using their phone numbers. Rewards can then be redeemed through the Oyah business app.

Enabling The Integration
In order to use the Oyah integration, you must have an account with Oyah.
- Log in to your Foodics console at **console.foodics.com/login** using the owner's email to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forOyah
****underLoyalty
category ---> ClickInstall
. - Enter all necessary information on the Sign up page and select integration type Foodics
- After Signing up your business will be approved by Oyah Admin, After approval you you will be able to login into Oyah merchant portal.
- After Logging in click on Sign in Via Foodics which you can find on the top right corner of the page.
- Then you will redirect to Foodics console login page where you need to enter the following information; Foodics account number, Email and Password.
- Then your integration will be completed and you will be redirected to Oyah merchant account where you can see the top right corner (Signed in) that means your integration is done with Foodics.
Using The Integration
The Earning mechanism is automatically activated once the Oyah app is installed. The integration allows users to earn points through the Foodics cashier app in two ways: by scanning a QR code or by adding a customer via phone number. Please note, users can claim their rewards and gifts only through the Oyah user app, while merchants can redeem these through the Oyah business app.
The point earning mechanism for customers is automated through the integration, triggered when a customer places an order at your restaurant. To earn points, the customer must be added to the order so that they can be identified and credit their points. There are two ways to earn loyalty points via the Foodics cashier app:
Loyalty Points via Phone Number:
- Create a new

on the top left view. - Select the customer if pre-registered, or click the

icon to create a new customer. - Proceed with the order.
- Once the order is closed and paid, the customer receives their points.
Loyalty Points via QR Code Scanning:
- Create a new
Order
. - Click
More
on the top right view. - Scan the QR code from the Oyah app.
- Proceed with the order.
- Once the order is closed and paid, the customer receives their points.
Important Notes:
- Users without the Oyah app can receive reward points via SMS to their phone number.
- If a user signs up for Oyah using the same number that received the points, they will see the points reflected in their Oyah wallet.
- Users with the Oyah app will receive a notification when earning loyalty points.
