Enabling The Integration
In order to use the integration, contact Qoodz to obtain your API Key for integration.
- Log in to your Foodics console at **console.foodics.com/login** using the owner's email to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forQoodz
underLoyalty
category ---> ClickInstall
. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Qoodz to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize
QoodzTo Access My Account
to proceed. By doing so, you grant Qoodz the necessary permissions to access your Foodics account and enable the integration between the two platforms. - Enter your API Key provided by Qoodz and submit.
- Notify Qoodz once the setup is completed to finalize the integration.
Using The Integration
The Qoodz integration functions in three main ways:
- Granting offers and discounts to customers.
- Allowing customers to redeem special loyalty codes.
- Adjusting offers when an order is returned.
Customer Offer Redemption:
When a customer wants to redeem an offer or discount code, follow these steps:
- Create a new order.
- Ask the customer for their information (name or mobile number).
- Click ADD CUSTOMER and select an existing customer or create a new one.
- Click MORE on the top right and select Redeem Reward.
- If multiple loyalty programs exist, select Qoodz Loyalty; otherwise, enter the offer code.
- Enter the provided offer code and click Apply.
- If valid, the offer details will be displayed; otherwise, an error message will appear.
- Confirm with the customer and click Redeem to finalize the process.
Customer Offer Adjustments (Returns)
If a customer returns an order, any applied offers will be adjusted automatically.
- To process a return: Click ORDERS.
- Navigate to ALL and locate the order to be returned.
- Click on the order. Click MORE → Return Order.
- Select the items to be returned and their quantities.
- Click Done. The system will automatically adjust the applied offer accordingly.
