Introduction
Mukafaat Marketing Solutions provides a loyalty solution and online ordering platform. Mukafaat helps design, develop and implement the best fit solution for restaurants and retailers to understand, retain and reward their loyal customers.
Mukafaat offers include a point rewarding system, mobile applications, online ordering platforms, analytical dashboard and more.
Through the integration between Mukafaat and Foodics, you will benefit from the below features:
- Online Ordering Functionalities:
- Syncing menu from Foodics to Mukafaat.
- Syncing menu based on a selected Foodics Menu Group.
- Syncing Foodics branch status for online ordering, locations & working hours.
- Multiple checkout options - Pay at Branch / Pay Online.
- Multiple payment integrations - PayFort / PayTabs / Moyasser.
- Rewards Functionalities with Online Ordering Platform:
- Product Rewards Catalog redemption via app or via QR code in branch.
- Product based bonus points to earn additional points to promote a specific product.
- Earn and Redeem Loyalty Points on Foodics.
- View latest promotions, point history, transaction history, order details and offer feedback.

Enabling the Integration
To enable this integration, you must first have an account in Mukafaat. If you don't have an account, please contact Mukafaat at info@mukafaatms.com.
- Log in to your Foodics console at foodics.com/login using the owner email. If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Mukafaat Online Ordering under Online Ordering category --> Click Install
Note: There are 2 Mukafaat apps in the Foodics Marketplace. Make sure to select the one under the Online Ordering category for this guide.
- You will be redirected to Mukafaat's login page, enter your credentials then click Login
- From your Mukafaat dashboard, click on Addons, then click Foodics Ordering App
- Foodics will ask for your permission. Click Authorize Mukafaat To Access My Account to proceed OR Click Cancel Authorization if you want to cancel the process
You have successfully enabled the integration!
Now contact your Mukafaat account manager to complete the configuration.
Configuring the Integration
After authorizing mukafaat you need to go to order online and get the data from console ( Modifiers, Combos, Products, and Promotions) after make save data from each of them
Testing the Integration
After enabling the integration and making Get Data, you must be able to see all the data transferred from Console to Mukafaat
Start Using the App
Receive Orders from Mukafaat to Your Foodics Cashier App
Orders from the Mukafaat Online Ordering Integration will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q: Mukafaat is sending orders to my restaurant but I'm not receiving them in the Foodics cashier application. What should I do?
Ans: Please follow the below steps:
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status.
2- Are there any pending orders from Mukafaat?
If Yes:
- Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders
- In the cashier app, click HOME, then Sync Data.
- Ask Mukafaat to send new orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier app.
If No:
- There is an issue from Mukafaat’s side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Mukafaat and inform them that there are no orders created from Mukafaat in your Foodics account.
