Epson Tm-T20II - How to Get the IP Address

You need to get the IP address for Epson Tm-m30 printer to be able to connect it with the cashier app.

Refer to the following steps to learn how to get the IP address:

1. Hold the reset button until you get the paper printer information out of the printer.

2. You will get a paper with IP address info.

Note: In printer paper info, make sure the link status is connect. If it is Unknown/disconnect ensure that the Ethernet cable is connected properly between the printer port and the router Lan port, or try to change the cable.
