Business Configurations in Foodics
Before enabling the integration, you need to do some configuration in your Foodics account as explained below:
- Create a Charge in your Foodics account in order to receive delivery orders with the following details:
- Name: Radyes.
- Type: Amount.
- Is Open Value: Yes.
- Apply this charge on all Order Types & Branches then assign the relevant Tax Group to the charge if applicable. Copy and paste the charge name as "Radyes" name must be exactly the same otherwise the integration will not work properly.
Enabling The Integration
Note: To be able to use this integration, you must have Radyes account. If you don't have an account contact Radyes on the support email mentioned above to register by sharing your business name, account number, & your branch id that you need to link with Radyes outlet.
you may navigate to Console ---> Manage ---> Branches ---> Click the required branch then copy the branch id from the Domain URL.
1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Radyes under Online Ordering category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be navigated to Radyes merchant panel to enter your Radyes business credentials to sign in.
4. Go to the settings page from the left navigation menu and click on Outlet ---> Click on your active outlet ---> Click Edit and then add your outlet data.
5. Navigate to Configurations tab ---> Click on POS Setup button ---> Add your branch id ---> then click on Authenticate button.
6. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Radyes to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Radyes To Access My Account to Proceed.
7. Go to the settings page again from the left navigation menu and click on Grid ---> Search for your outlet ---> Click on the inactive button and mark outlet as active.
8. Then you need to generate the required QR Codes for your business by navigating to Marketing module from the left navigation menu ---> click on QR/URL Generation and then generate the required QR URLs.
9. Integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
After the integration has been enabled, you need to sync the menu by clicking the Store Operations module ---> then select your store in Radyes ---> Navigate to Menu tab ---> Click Edit then click on Sync Button---> Click on Save button.
Any updates on menu items should be synced manually by following the same process mentioned above.
How to Receive Radyes Orders in Foodics Cashier
Radyes Orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: Radyes is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points.
1. Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status.
2. Are there any pending orders from Radyes?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME --> Sync Data.
Ask Radyes to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier.
If No:
There is an issue at Radyes's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Radyes and inform them that there are no orders created from Radyes in your Foodics account.
