Laranj

Laranj App allows you to connect with suppliers who upload their products and offer their prices. This will enable you to provide the finest product to consumers through this application. As a result of our goals to target all classes and expand, we grade the prices from the highest price to the lowest price.

Foodics integration with Laranj will allow you to:

• Completing the entire order with suppliers for restaurants and cafes.
• Adding stock in the Foodics system directly without manual entry.
• Issuing invoices electronically and reviewing purchases.
• Search for the lowest price for suppliers and purchasers.

Enabling the integration

Note: You don't need an account in the Laranj platform you can login via the Login by Foodics Button and it will initiate your account.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you would not be able to activate the integration.

2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Laranj under the Inventory Suppliers category ---> Click Install.

3. You will be navigated to the Laranj merchant panel to enter your Laranj business credentials to sign in.

4. Click on the Login by Foodics button in order to initiate the authorization flow and to create a new account in Laranj.

5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Laranj to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Laranj To Access My Account to proceed.

6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Important Note

If an item was not mapped from Foodics to Laranj when creating the purchase transaction, one will be generated from Laranj and added to Foodics. When ordering, the user should select the unit from the Laranj portal.

Syncing Data

• Auto: Sync data will start when you login via Foodics in the server background
• Manual: Sync data can be run from Dashboard/POS page ---> then click on Foodics Sync button.
