eCopon is a comprehensive Discounts and Vouchers Service that offers a range of different types of vouchers and discounts, which can also be linked with competitions as prizes or instant gifts.

By integrating eCopon with Foodics, your customers will benefit from an even more convenient and seamless experience, as they will be able to redeem their rewards directly at the Foodics cashier.

Enabling the integration

Note: You must have an eCopon account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact eCopon to register.

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for eCopon under the Loyalty category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be directed to the eCopon portal to create your account. If you have an account go to eCopon to login.
4. Once logged in Foodics will ask you to authorize eCopon to access your Foodics account data, click Authorize eCopon To Access My Account to proceed.
5. Contact eCopon team to activate and map your Foodics branches to the ones you have created in eCopon.
6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Using The Integration

With the integration of eCopon and Foodics, your customers will be able to conveniently use their eCopon vouchers to redeem discounts and other rewards. When a customer visits one of your branches, they can simply inform the cashier that they have an eCopon voucher that they would like to redeem. The cashier can then easily process the voucher using Foodics, making the redemption process fast and seamless for the customer.

Getting Customer Vouchers

Please note that in order for customers to receive an eCopon voucher, they must first create an eCopon account. If a customer does not yet have an account, they can simply visit the eCopon website or download the eCopon app to create one. Once they have an account, they can follow these steps to redeem their voucher:

1. Log in to their eCopon account on the eCopon app.
2. Select the "Vouchers" section.
3. Choose the "Food/Coffee" category.
4. Select the restaurant or coffee shop that owns the voucher.
5. Click "I agree to all terms and conditions".
6. Click "Get Voucher".
7. Share the voucher (QR code or number) with the cashier at the branch when checking out.

By following these steps, customers will be able to easily redeem their eCopon voucher and enjoy the benefits of this valuable reward program.

Customer Reward Redemption

The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he wants to use his eCopon Voucher discount. The Cashier user will do the following:

1. Create a new Order.
2. Click More on the top right --> Redeem Reward.
3. Scan The 'QRn code' from the customer app
4. The customer will be added to the order, and the reward popup will be opened with the code
5. If the Customer has more than one Loyalty integration, the cashier will ask to select the integration --> Select eCopon Loyalty.
6. If you have only one loyalty integration, Click on Redeem
7. Now the Voucher is applied and the customer can enjoy his reward.
