Ballurh is a business intelligence cloud-based SaaS that seamlessly integrates with local POS systems to build comprehensive actionable insights from joined-up data for F&B retailers to enhance profitable decision-making and improve customer satisfaction.

Ballurh's integration with Foodics enables you to boost sales, enhance customer experience, and optimize decision-making. This is achieved by tracking sales performance, identifying top-performing items, understanding customer behavior, optimizing pricing and promotions, and improving customer retention strategies.

Enabling the Integration

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Ballurh under the Business Intelligence category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be directed to an authorization page to authorize your Foodics account with Ballurh.
4. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Ballurh to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize Ballurh To Access My Account to proceed.
5. You will be directed to Ballurh's homepage. A message will be displayed to confirm that the integration has been successful.
6. Ballurh will automatically identify and create an account for you. You will receive these credentials via email.
7. Once the initial integration process is complete, a representative from Ballurh will contact your team to discuss the next steps.
8. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Syncing Data

Syncing the data with Ballurh is a straightforward process that is done automatically twice a day or can be done manually. To manually sync the data, simply click on the arrow beside your profile, select Integrations ---> click on the three dots menu, and then click on Resync.
