Enabling the Integration
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forBallurh
under theBusiness Intelligence
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be directed to an authorization page to authorize your Foodics account with Ballurh.
- Foodics will ask you to Authorize Ballurh to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Ballurh To Access My Account
to proceed. - You will be directed to Ballurh's homepage. A message will be displayed to confirm that the integration has been successful.
- Ballurh will automatically identify and create an account for you. You will receive these credentials via email.
- Once the initial integration process is complete, a representative from Ballurh will contact your team to discuss the next steps.
- The integration has been enabled successfully.
Syncing Data
Syncing the data with Ballurh is a straightforward process that is done automatically twice a day or can be done manually. To manually sync the data, simply click on the arrow beside your profile, select Integrations
---> click on the three dots menu, and then click on Resync
.
