Unisync

Introduction

Unisync is an HR system designed for SMEs'. Unisync allows you to define your organization's hierarchy, manage employees, allowances, shifts and many more.

Using this integration will allow you to sync your Foodics Branches and Users with Unisync.

Enabling The Integration

  1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with non owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.

  2. Navigate to Marketplace page --> Search for Unisync under Other category --> Click Install.

  3. You will be directed to Unisync login portal.

  4. Enter your owner's account details then click Login. If you don’t have an account you can signup at this link https://dashboard.unisync.app/auth/register?lang=ar.

  5. Click the Connect With Foodics button in the Dashboard screen.

  6. Foodics will ask you to authorize Unisync to access your account data, click Authorize Unisync to Access My Account.

  7. Select the users and branches you would like to import from Foodics to Unisync then click Import.

  8. You have successfully enabled the integration.


Syncing Data

To sync Employees:

  1. From Unisync' portal, navigate to Employees from the left options bar.
  2. Click Sync With Foodics.
  3. Select the Users you would like to sync, then click Import.

To sync Branches:

  1. From Unisync' portal, navigate to Branches from the left options bar.
  2. Click Sync With Foodics.
  3. Select the Branches you would like to sync, then click Import.
