Introduction

SDC App helps you increase the loyalty of your customers by offering them special discounts and offers exclusively featured on the app through online and in-store purchases by using the Foodics integration you will be able to redeem those discounts through Foodics's cashier application.

Enabling the integration

Note: You must have an [SDC] account as a brand before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account yet, please register at https://sdcappsa.com/en/business/join-as-brand

1. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for [SDC App] under Loyalty category ---> Click Install.
3. You will be navigated to the [SDC App] merchant panel to enter your [SDC App] business credentials to sign in.
4. Click on the "Connect" or "ربط" button and fill in your brand unique code that you got from SDC App.
5. The authorization page appears Foodics will ask you to Authorize [SDC App] to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize [SDC App] To Access My Account to proceed.
6. The integration has been enabled successfully.

Customer Reward Redemption

The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he wants to use his [SDC App] Voucher discount. The Cashier user will do the following:

1. Create a new Order.
2. Click More on the top right --> Redeem Reward.
3. Ask the customer to open the voucher from SDC customer app.
4. From the cashier app, Scan the voucher
5. Click on Apply.
6. Click on Redeem.
