By integrating with Foodics, Noon Food enables food stores to effortlessly synchronize menus and accept orders from the Noon App directly into the Foodics platform. This integration ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for both businesses and their customers.

Important Notes
- Combos: The integration does not currently support the inclusion of combo meals in the menus.
- Price Tags: Price tags feature associated with items will not be synchronized between Noon Food and Foodics.
- Discounts: Any discounts applied through Noon Food will not be available on the Foodics platform.
- Rounding: If a partner has rounding enabled, the total amounts displayed on the Noon app's payment page will not be rounded off. However, Foodics will still receive the rounded amounts according to the rounding settings. Any cost associated with rounding, whether up or down, will be the responsibility of the business.
- Delivery: Delivery services will be exclusively managed by Noon and are not supported through any other platforms.
- Tax-Inclusive Accounts: The integration only supports tax-inclusive accounts.
- Order Types: The integration is limited to supporting the "Delivery" order type only.
- Modifier Options: The integration does not support "Free/default" modifier options.
- Ensure that the currency used in both Foodics and Noon accounts is the same to prevent any potential issues or discrepancies during transactions.
Business Configurations in Foodics

Foodics will ask you to Authorize Noon Food to access your Foodics Account, click

Menu Sync
The menu synchronization process will be executed automatically at two predetermined intervals throughout the day, specifically at 5:45 AM Arabian Standard Time (2:45 AM UTC time) and 11:45 AM Arabian Standard Time (8:45 AM UTC time). Consequently, any menu modifications performed through the console dashboard will not be immediately applied to Noon Food's system. Instead, these updates will be queued and implemented during the next synchronization cycle. For urgent menu updates, kindly reach out to the Noon Food team who will manually facilitate the necessary changes from their end.
How to receive Noon Food orders in Foodics Cashier

FAQs
Q1: Noon Food is sending orders
to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in the Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Noon Food?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME
---> Sync Data
Ask Noon Food to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue at Noon Food's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Noon Food and inform them that there are no orders created from Noon Food in your Foodics account.
