Important Notes
We would like to draw your attention to some important notes regarding the integration between Foodics and Odoo:
- All menu items sold on Foodics will be fetched and added to Odoo.
- All ingredients will be added to Odoo.
- It is crucial to map the items correctly before syncing orders from Foodics to Odoo.
Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have an Odoo Plustech account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, contact Plustech to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forOdoo Plustech
underERP
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be navigated to Odoo Plustech page to fill in all the required data and then Plus tech team will contact you for the payment link.
- After receiving the email from Plustech team, you will have access to your Odoo system.
- Login and click on Foodics icon -->
instance
-->create
. - You have to add your
business reference number
and thestore name
then click onsave
thenstart
. - Click on
Generate token request
to authorize your account. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Odoo Plustech to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Odoo Plustech To Access My Account
to proceed. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
Syncing Data
You will need to sync your Foodics data manually to get your sales data by clicking on Foodics
icon ---> instance
then import branches, devices, users, payment methods, categories, products, modifiers, combos, and taxes.
You will find all the buttons that are related to the above points base on your access rights.
To ensure that you have access to all your sales data, it is essential to sync your Foodics data regularly. you can stay up-to-date with your sales and make informed decisions to optimize your business operations. The process can be initiated manually by following the steps below:
- Click on the
Foodics
icon on your dashboard. - Select
instance
. - Import branches, devices, users, payment methods, categories, products, modifiers, combos, and taxes as required.
Please note that the buttons related to the above points will appear based on your access rights.
