Menuhat-Foodics integration allows you to bring your menu and order to the table which will increase your revenue and enhance your customer experience.

Important Notes
- Combos: The integration does not currently support the inclusion of combo meals in the menus.
- Price Tags: Price tags feature associated with items will not be synchronized between Menuhat and Foodics.
- Order Types: The integration is limited to supporting the Dine-in and Pickup order types only.
- Modifier Options: The integration does not support "Free/default" modifier options.
Enabling The Integration
Note: You must have a Menuhat account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact their team to register or go to https://menuhat.online/login.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forMenuhat
under theDigital Menu
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be directed to the Menuhat portal to enter your business credentials to log in.
- Click on
Integration with Foodics Account
to establish the connection. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Menuhat to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Menuhat To Access My Account
to proceed. - The integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync and Branch Mapping
After the integration has been enabled, the user should sync the menu by clicking on Sync Foodics Data
button. Any updates after the initial sync will be manually done by following the previous step.
How to receive Menuhat orders in Foodics Cashier
Menuhat orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
FAQs
Q1: Menuhat is sending orders
to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Menuhat?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, clickHOME
-->Sync Data
Ask Menuhat to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue at Menuhat's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Menuhat and inform them that there are no orders created from Menuhat in your Foodics account.
