SAP Business One - BEON-IT

Important Note

To activate the integration, please contact BEON-IT team to validate the required integration. They will create your connector account and share the details with you. Once the integration is enabled, reach out to the BEON-IT team again to complete the remaining configurations and activate the integration fully.

Enabling the Integration

Note: You must have a BEON-IT account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, contact BEON-IT to register.

1. After receiving the email from BEON-IT team with your account credentials.
2. Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
3. Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for SAP Business One - BEON-IT under the ERP category ---> Click Install.
4. You will be navigated to BEON-IT sign-in page to log in, please login with the credentials sent by BEON-IT.
5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize BEON-IT to access your Foodics Account, click Authorize SAP Business One - BEON-IT To Access My Account to proceed.
6. The integration has been enabled successfully.
