Business Configurations In Foodics
Before enabling the integration, you need to do some configurations in your Foodics account as explained below:
- Create a payment method with the name
Enabill
, so the business can identify all paid orders from Enabill. - Ensure that the currency used for both the Foodics and Enabill accounts is the same.
Enabling The Integration
Note: You must have an Enabill account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account, please contact Enabill to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forEnabill
underTable Payment
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be navigated to the Enabill merchant panel to enter your business credentials to sign in.
- In Enabil's dashboard ---> Navigate to
POS Integrations
Tab from the side menu ---> click onFoodics
---> ClickConnect Foodics orders and pay
. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Enabil to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Enabill To Access My Account
to proceed. - You will be redirected to Enabill's dashboard, navigate to
POS Integrations
tab from the side menu ---> click onFoodics
--->Manage Foodics Branches
and map the respective branches. - Then click on
Manage Foodics Tables
and map the respective tables after creating your tables manually at Enabill. - Then click on
Get All Foodics Data
to sync all menu items in Foodics. - The Integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
For menu updates in Foodics, you have to manually click on Get All Foodics Data
again to update the menu in Enabill.
How to let your customer pay the bill
Once the integration is done and Enabill is connected to your Foodics account, Customers can scan the QR code on their table to view and pay their bill.
FAQs
Q1: The bill doesn't appear in the customer app
A: Make sure that the integration is done successfully and Enabill account is connected to Foodics account.
Q2: The bill appears in the customer app but with an incorrect amount.
A: Make sure your menu is correctly synced after any menu update in Foodics.
Q3: I clicked on the Get all Data button but still the bill appears in the customer app with the incorrect amount.
