Business Configurations In Foodics/Qlub
In order to enable the integration, please create a menu group and add the products and combos you wish to sync from Foodics to Qlub's menu.
Enabling The Integration
Note: To be able to use this integration, you must have a Qlub account, If you don't have an account please contact Qlub to register.
1. Log in to your Foodics console at [console.foodics.com/login](https://console.foodics.com/login) **using the owner email** , If you logged in with non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
2. Navigate to the `Marketplace` page ---> Search for `Qlub` under `Digital Menu` category ---> Click `Install`.
3. You will be navigated to Qlub merchant panel to login with your credentials.
4. In Qlub's dashboard ---> Navigate to the `Integrate Foodics` tab from the sidebar ---> click on the `Connect with Foodics` button.
5. Foodics will ask you to Authorize Qlub to access your Foodics Account, click `Authorize Qlub To Access My Account` to Proceed.
6. You will be redirected to Qlub dashboard again, Navigate to the `Integrate Foodics` tab from the sidebar ---> map the respective branch and map the payment method and choose `qlub` payment method.
7. The Integration has been enabled successfully.
Menu Sync
Navigate to `Menus` tab from the sidebar ---> click on `Sync From Foodics` ---> click to choose your menu group then click on `Next` to fetch your menu then `Finish`.
Any updates on menu items from Foodics should be synced manually in Qlub by deleting your menu and clicking on the `Sync From Foodics` button to fetch your menu with the new updates.
For Foodics `Tables mapping`, please contact the Qlub support team to manually map them.
## How to receive Qlub orders in Foodics Cashier

FAQs
Q1: Qlub is sending `orders` to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at [console.foodics.com/login](http://console.foodics.com/login), then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Qlub?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the [Accept Online Orders](https://help.foodics.com/96017-making-orders/557798-accepting-online-orders) Article.
In the cashier app, click `HOME` --> `Sync Data`
Ask Qlub to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue at Qlub's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Qlub and inform them that there are no orders created from Qlub in your Foodics account.
