There are two methods to request maintenance:
- Directly from the device:
This method is advisable if you are near the device. No Terminal ID is needed as the process is automated. Follow these steps from the Foodics one device:

- Navigate to the main screen.
- Open the Merchant app.
- Select "Maintenance."
- Enter your mobile number for contact purposes.
- Provide details regarding the maintenance request, specifying the issue.
- Press "Send."
- You will receive an SMS containing a reference number for your request. Maintenance will be carried out within 2 working days.
- Navigate to the main screen.

This method is recommended if you are not near the device. Simply visit the following link: https://ticket.intersoft.sa/
Once on the page, fill out the necessary information.
