Customer Profile in Foodics
Welcome to the Customer Profile within Foodics Console! This feature empowers you to manage your profile and business details conveniently. Let's explore how you can navigate through the Profile for various updates and modifications:
Accessing Your Profile:
To access your profile and initiate business changes, simply click on the profile icon located at the upper right corner of the screen. Then, proceed by clicking on "My Account".
Managing Profile Information:
Within the "My Profile" tab, you have the flexibility to update essential details such as mobile number, email, and login pin for cashiers. Additionally, you can customize language preferences for both the console and cashier, along with selecting preferred notification settings to receive via email.
Updating Business Details:
Navigate to the "Business Details" tab to make changes to your business's name, commercial registration name, and number, as well as the tax identification number. In the settings section, you can configure the time zone, specify whether prices are tax-inclusive, enable localization for multilingual operations, and restrict purchased items to specific suppliers.
Accessing Support:
In the "Support" tab, you'll find valuable information such as your account manager's contact details and the option to send an email for assistance. Additionally, all support tickets you've raised, along with their current status, are conveniently listed here for easy tracking.
Viewing Licenses and Invoices:
Under the "Licenses and Invoices" tab, you can review information related to your licenses and access invoices. While you can initiate payments directly through this portal, detailed information regarding invoices will be sent to your email. It's important to note that access to the licenses and invoices tab is exclusive to the account owner.
