Enabling the Integration
Note: You must have a Qayimat Altalabat account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Qayimat Altalabat to register or click here.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the Marketplace page ---> Search for Qayimat Altalabat under
Digital Menu
category ---> Click Install. - You will be navigated to Qayimat Altalabat merchant panel to enter your Qayimat Altalabat business credentials to sign in.
- After signing in go to
More Tools
---> then click onFoodics
button. - Click Connect Now to connect your online store with your Foodics account.
- Foodics will ask you to Authorize

to access your Foodics Account, clickAuthorize Qayimat Altalabat To Access My Account
to proceed. - After Authorization, you will be taken back to Qayimat Altalabat's dashboard.
- You have successfully enabled the integration.
Menu Sync
After enabling the integration:
- Click on Start Importing Menu From Foodics button on the Foodics screen.
- Wait until all Foodics data are fetched and the modules are marked with a tick mark.
- Toggle on the Show Foodics Menu toggle button.
- If you have more than one branch on Foodics, a section will appear asking you to select which branch to import in your current domain on Qayimat Altalabat, and the others will be imported as new branches with new domain name on Qayimat Altalabat, Then click Update Branches button.
After that, all menu updates are automated through the integration. Any changes done to menu entities will be automatically reflected in Qayimat Altalabat and vice versa.

Q1: Qayimat Altalabat is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in the Foodics cashier application
A: Please check the below points
1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to the Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status
2- Are there any pending orders from Qayimat Altalabat?
If Yes:
Make sure you have implemented all the needed steps to receive online orders as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article.
In the cashier app, click HOME
--> Sync Data
Ask Qayimat Altalabat to send new orders to test, orders should be received by the cashier
If No:
There is an issue at Qayimat Altalabat's side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Qayimat Altalabat and inform them that there are no orders created from Qayimat Altalabat in your Foodics account.
