Why My Customers Can't Place Orders on My Website Foodics Online
Ensure your license covers a complete website rather than just a Free QR Code. You can confirm this by reaching out to our support team at support@foodics.com. If you have a full website license and your customers are unable to place orders, please verify the following settings in the Foodics Online Portal:
Navigate to Apps, select View App, and make sure that the “disable ordering- menu only” option is unchecked.
