What Causes Images to Not Appear on Foodics Online

Having trouble seeing pictures on your Foodics Online? Here's how to solve that problem easily.

Make Sure Your Pictures Are the Right Size
Sometimes, if a picture is too big or too small, it won't show up right. Use these sizes to make sure your pictures fit:

Banner: 1024x512
Category: 306x306
Item/Product: 512x512
Modifier: 103x103
Loyalty Card: 748x420
Logo: 1000x1000
And for Foodics Kiosks, the sizes are different:

Screensaver for Counter-Top Kiosk: 2732x2048
Screensaver for Tower Kiosk: 1080x1920
What Else You Can Do
Check Your Menu: Make sure the menu you changed is the one you're using on your website, app, or kiosk.
Try Different Phones or Internet: Sometimes the problem is with the phone or internet you're using. Try another one to see if it helps.
