I can't Login to Foodics Online Portal Why
Having trouble accessing the Foodics Portal? Here's a step-by-step guide to help you log in successfully, whether it's your first time or you've encountered issues after previous successful logins.
For First-Time Login:
Access through Owner Account: Ensure you're attempting to log in via console.foodics.com with the owner account. Once done, proceed to online.foodics.com and sign in using the Login with owner account button.
Complete e-KYC Verification: If logging in remains unsuccessful, verify that the e-KYC process is completed by visiting https://pay2.foodics.com/onboard?source=online. If you haven't completed this step, please do so and notify us by sending an email to: support@foodics.com confirming completion. (only for Saudi Arabia Clients)
Seek Support if Still Unsuccessful: If you've completed e-KYC previously and still can't access your account, email us at support@foodics.com for assistance.
For Returning Users:
Owner Account Issues: Try using a different web browser or clear your current browser's cache before attempting to log in again. This can often resolve any login issues related to browser-specific problems or cache conflicts.
Employee Account Issues: Ensure the correct credentials are used; employees should log in with their username not email. If login issues persist, the owner has the authority to reset the employee's password for a fresh attempt.
