Waffarha
Waffarha, a premier online lifestyle platform offering discounted coupons, is expanding regionally in the Middle East, specifically targeting the Saudi market. To facilitate this expansion, Waffarha has integrated with Foodics, the leading cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) and restaurant management ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. This integration enables Waffarha to penetrate a wide range of brands in both Egypt and Saudi Arabia by leveraging Foodics' POS management system.
Waffarha integration with Foodics will allow:
- Your customers to earn points when buying from your brand
- Your customers to redeem their rewards at Foodics cashier.

Enabling the integration
You must have a Waffarha account before enabling this integration. If you don't have an account contact Waffarha to register.
- Log in to your Foodics console at console.foodics.com/login using the owner email, If you logged in with a non-owner user, you will not be able to activate the integration.
- Navigate to the
Marketplace
page ---> Search forWaffarha
under theLoyalty
category ---> ClickInstall
. - You will be navigated to Waffarha merchant panel to enter your Waffarha business credentials to sign in.
- Navigate to the
Integrations
page and click on theAuthorize With Foodics
button. - Foodics will ask you to Authorize Waffarha to access your Foodics Account, click
Authorize Waffarha To Access My Account
to proceed. - Waffarha will sync data with your Foodics account. Note: Foodics branches will be connected manually by Waffarha team.
- The integration has been enabled successfully.
Using The Integration
Upon successful integration with Foodics, you will gain the capability to provide rewards of different denominations to users of the Waffarha application. To redeem these rewards, users of the Waffarha app can simply visit the relevant branches of participating brands, restaurants, or cafes and inform the cashier that they would like to utilize their Waffarha reward code.
Customer Reward Redemption
The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he wants to use his Waffarha
Voucher discount.
The Cashier user will do the following:
- Create a new
Order
and ask for the customer information (Name or Phone number). - Click
Add Customer
on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order. - Click
More
on the top right -->Redeem Reward
. - If the Customer has more than one Loyalty integration, the cashier will ask to select the integration --> Select
Waffarha Loyalty
. - If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier will directly ask you to enter the
Reward Code
which should be displayed in the Waffarha Web Application --> ClickApply
.
Notes:
- When redeeming rewards, the entire order amount will be covered by the reward, and the full amount will be transferred to Waffarha. The reward amount will always be processed as a percentage, allowing for flexible coverage of the total order price.
- Once a coupon is used by a customer, it cannot be reused again.
