VAT Invoices

On this page, you will have a summary for each month in the year including all the amounts paid on the Foodics Pay device before and after deducting the fees and the VAT amount as per the selected branches.

These statements are related to the Foodics company. So, you can only check these statements to have an idea about the total amount you generated during each month as well as to track the amount paid using each card type enabled on the Foodics Pay terminal.

Moreover, this statement is accepted by the General Authority of ZAKAT and Tax.

The statement will be updated on the portal around the 10th of every month.

You can export the VAT Invoices as a PDF file by clicking on Generate and Export option after selecting which month and the designated branches, where it includes the following:

1. Issue number: Indicates the reference number of that invoice.
2. Issue Date: Indicates the actual date where each VAT invoice was created and uploaded to the portal.
3. Statement Period: Indicates the month where each VAT invoice belongs to.
4. Merchant Information: Includes all the information that’s related to the merchant who is currently using Foodics Pay terminals which is probably your company’s information.

• Name: Indicates the name of the merchant who is currently using Foodics Pay Terminals.
• Branch name: Indicates the name of the branch which the invoice is related for.
• Address: Indicates the current address of the merchant who is currently using Foodics Pay Terminals.
• Contact Number: Indicates the mobile number for the merchant who is currently using Foodics Pay Terminals.
• Email: Indicates the Email for the merchant who is currently using Foodics Pay Terminals.
• VAT: If you want to include it in the VAT invoice, you can share it through the owner email registered in Foodics pay

5. Service Provider: Includes all the information that’s related to the company who is providing Foodics Pay services which is Foodics Company.

• Name: Indicates the name of the company who is providing Foodics Pay Terminals.

• Address: Indicates the current address of the company which is providing Foodics Pay Terminals.
• Contact Number: Indicates the mobile number for the company which is providing Foodics Pay Terminals.
• Email: Indicates the Email for the company which is providing Foodics Pay Terminals.
• TRN: Indicates the commercial registration number for Foodics.

6. Transactions Summary: Provides a summary about the card types that are enabled on the Foodics Pay terminal and used during this month.

• TID: It’s a serial number for the terminal that the transaction was done at.
• RRN: It’s a serial number that reflects the transaction reference. 
• Desceription: Includes a list of the card types that are enabled on the Foodics Pay terminal and used during this month.
• Transaction date: it is the date that the transaction was processed at.
• Transaction Amount (SAR): Indicates the total amount paid on the Foodics Pay terminal by each card type before we deduct the fees and VAT amount.
• Fee: Indicates the commission of that transaction to be taken by Foodics.
• Quantity: Indicates the number of the transactions that are paid by each card type in this month which will include all the successful and failed transactions.
• Tax Rate: Indicates the VAT percentage that will be deducted from the transactions’s fees.
• Taxable Amount (SAR): Indicates the total fees deducted from the transactions that are paid by each card type during this month.
• Amount (SAR): Indicates the total VAT amount deducted from the fees that are deducted from the transactions that are paid on the Foodics Pay terminal during this month.
